Sync from NinjaTrader
In the Prop Firm Dashboard Pro+ add-on: Settings, Companion website, tick Sync to companion, then Copy the sync key and paste it here. Your accounts, trades, daily P&L and payouts then show on this page, read-only, and refresh every few minutes.
Anyone with the key can see this data, so keep it private. The key is remembered in this browser only. A new key in the add-on stops the old one working.
Drop CSV exports here. Tradovate: Fills, Cash History (for exact fees) and Account Balance History. R | Trader Pro: Recent Orders or Order History, with the Commission Fill Rate column added for exact fees.
Your accounts
Payouts minus cost is what the firm has paid you less what you've spent on it. Firms' own dashboards have the final numbers.

Add by hand
A day's P&L you type in replaces the trades for that day in the totals. Use it for platforms without an export, or to correct a day. Payouts are tracked for cost vs payouts; they aren't taken off the balance or the drawdown floor here.

Each trade counts on the trading day it closed. A trading day runs from 6 pm to 5 pm ET, the way the firms count it.
